Foundational Assessment Appointment
This invaluable appointment is a one-time, deep dive consultation where you learn about the unique imbalances impacting you or your child's symptoms and disease or future health.
Those imbalances may not be causing symptoms or disease for you yet at least not in an obvious way. Once they are balanced my patients often discover they had no idea how good they could feel!
This appointment is the first step to our comprehensive 12, 6 and 3-month memberships, however there is no obligation to proceed with the membership.
Extended Time
This 90-minute appointment provides the space and time for you to feel heard and to fully understand your or your child's comprehensive treatment plan.
Comprehensive Lab
A thorough lab review with a focus on "optimal" robust vs "normal" lab values to identify potential nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, inflammation and more.
Individualized Plan
A detailed individualized plan including diet, lifestyle and supplements to incorporate as first steps in your or your child's healing journey will be provided to you.
